As Turkish people, we can say that it is our national dish that we eat more fondly when prepared with local tomatoes, consumable in every meal of the day and prepareable at all ages. We: planted tomato seedlings of ancestral seeds on the soils we feed with non chemical and non-GMO fertilizers. We brought together the sun-fried tomatoes with the peppers we picked from our garden. We prepared a natural can of menemen for you to consume.
