Wheat for Ashura
Unlike durum wheat used in bulgur, Ashura wheat is produced from soft type wheat. Ashura wheat which is commonly used in the meal made in certain regions of Turkey. It is produced by cleaning the wheat and peeling the shell. This wheat is also often used for making Keskek. Despite the fact that this product is a succes in Turkey it is also emerging in other countries as well.
Store in a cool and dry place. Between 6-10 degrees celsius
