Cancellation Policy

The consumer has a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by sending an email to info@notenparadijs.com with a clear declaration of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract, to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Special Note

If you finance this contract through a loan and later withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly assumed if we are also your lender or if your lender uses our cooperation in relation to financing.

If we have already received the loan amount at the time the withdrawal becomes effective, your lender will assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract towards you with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. The latter does not apply if this contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives).

If you wish to avoid a contractual obligation as much as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you have a right of withdrawal for it as well.

Additional Information

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature or that may spoil quickly (§ 312g Abs. 2 BGB-RegE). This particularly applies to perishable food items.
