Sivas Gürün Pilavlık Bulgur is produced in Gürün, Sivas region of Turkey, using traditional methods and selected wheat. With a medium-grain size (2.5-3.5 mm), it is perfect for pilav, stuffed grape leaves (dolma) and side dishes.

Directions for Use:
